How to Place an Order
Blue Ladder Café requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders. Please note that we do not accept any order in less than 48 hours prior to your event.
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the event taking place. Please be sure to email tim.lanergan@cafebonappetit.com to make your cancellation.
Cancellation received less than 48 hours = 50% of order
Cancellation received less than 24 hours = 100% of order
A guarantee number must be provided 48 hours prior to function (two business days). This number will not be subject to reduction. All charges will be calculated based upon this number or the number of guests actually served (if higher than the guarantee). If the café is not advised by this time, the estimated figure on the banquet event order will become the guarantee.

All catering orders are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
We will set up your order and include all necessary disposables.
Dedicated Labor staffing is $250 per staff and this is an inclusive 5 hour minimum.
Menu prices are subject to change without notice.
